Returns/Refunds Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of initial order placement in writing by email to info@wooinvitations.com. If no design work has been carried out, we will offer a full refund. We do not refund orders once the proofs have been sent to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, dates, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing.

Providing your own photos

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a high resolution photograph. We recommend 300dpi or above. No refunds will be offered if the photographs provided by the customer are of low resolution and result in poor print quality.

If your cards arrive incorrect due to errors on our part, a free reprint will be offered. If your order was dispatched by us within the specified turnaround but is delayed, lost or stolen whilst in the care of the postal services then a free reprint will be offered.

Changes to this Returns Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy when and where necessary.
